R. W. "Red" Watkins
Robert Williams "Red" Watkins (February 28, 1905 – July 2, 1985) was the sixth head football coach for the Appalachian State Mountaineers located in the town of Boone in Watauga County, North Carolina from 1940–41.[1] He died in 1985.[2]
